Tinder Swipe Right on Everyone

Is Swiping Right On Everyone Bad? (Experiment)

It may be tempting to swipe right on everyone in Tinder. You may be excited for the possibility of finding your first match. You may even be worried if you don’t swipe right enough you won’t find any matches at all. But is swiping right on everyone actually a bad thing?

Swiping right on everyone in Tinder is not a good thing. You should only swipe right if you are actually attracted and interested in the person. Otherwise, you are getting their hopes up with a match notification. But ultimately you are wasting their time, which is not fair.

If you do continue to swipe right, you have a good chance of eventually matching with someone who shares your interests. You can’t find anyone without at least trying. But at the end of the day, you will be wasting a lot of time talking to people with whom you are not truly a matched.

It’s okay to swipe right for some people but not others. If you are unsure about whether or not you should swipe right for someone, ask yourself these questions: Are they attractive? Could they be attracted to me? Do they have a sense of humor? Do they seem happy? And will we have things in common?
